Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 1th December

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

The circuit

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is a unique race, starting at sunset and finishing in the dark. It takes place on the Yas Marina Circuit – a track that is surrounded by the desert sands, with an exceptional setting and a view of a stunning hotel that overlooks the flat circuit. Especially during Friday practice sessions and the race, the temperatures will go in the opposite direction to those the teams usually experience. The first sector features a mix of mid- to high-speed corners, the second one demands straight-line speed, braking and traction and the third sector looks like a street circuit, calling for high grip and downforce.

The grand finale

As the last Grand Prix of the season, this glamorous Grand Prix does not only impress with its unique location and atmosphere, but also attracts high numbers of fans and special guests who are eager to witness the coronation of the season’s champion.
